Refund policy

Returns

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after ordering your service to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase along with a valid reason for returning the service.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received your return notice, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If work has already started for any of the services ordered, a prorated refund will be applied for accepted returns. Example) 35% project completion and return requested, then you will be refunded 65% of the remaining balance. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Cancellations

Cancellations by HelpMyBizToday or yourself, must be made within 60 days of the original order date. The project must not have started or the return policy with prorated refund will apply. Cancellations will be issued with 100% refund to your original payment method since no work was performed. Either party may cancel the order at any point in time during the first 60 days, unless the project has started already. Thus, keep notice of communication between you and HelpMyBizToday especially before the project starts.
