Daily Health Mood+Tracker (the “App”) is designed to keep your wellness data on your device. We do not create accounts and we do not run our own analytics. Health data is read via Apple HealthKit only with your explicit permission and remains on your device unless you choose to export or share it.

Data we access

  • Local app data. Mood entries and other notes you create in the App are stored only on your device in the App’s local database.
  • There is NO offline sync. All data is stored on the device locally.

What we do not collect

  • No account registration or profile.
  • No third‑party advertising SDKs.
  • No server‑side storage of your Health or mood data.
  • No sale of personal data.

Diagnostics & crash reports

If you opt‑in to share diagnostics with Apple, we may receive anonymized crash logs via Apple (no direct identifiers). We use these only to improve stability.

Data export & deletion

  • Export: Not offered to keep your privacy maximized.
  • Delete: To remove your App data, delete the App from your device or go to settings -> clear all data (delete) in the app.

Children’s privacy

The App is intended for users aged 9+ (or the relevant age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
