iOS – Privacy Policy

Health Trends Activity+Sleep (“the App”) is provided by HelpMyBizToday (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect your privacy. This policy explains what the App does with your data and your choices.

1) What data the App uses

  • Apple Health (HealthKit) data: Steps, distance, workouts, heart rate, sleep and related metrics you explicitly allow via Apple’s Health permission prompts.
  • In-app settings & logs: Your preferences (e.g., units, UI settings) and entries you add via Apple Health, stored locally on your device.

2) How data is stored & processed

  • On-device only: The App stores data locally on your iPhone (using Apple HealthKit and an on-device database). We do not operate a cloud backend for the App.
  • No tracking/ads/analytics SDKs: We do not use third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking frameworks.
  • No sale or sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

3) HealthKit special terms

  • Health data is used only to display insights and trends for your personal use within the App.
  • Health data is not used for advertising, marketing, data brokering, or similar purposes.
  • You can change or revoke Health permissions anytime in the iOS Health app (Profile → Apps → Health Trends).

4) Your controls

  • Permissions: Grant or revoke categories in the iOS Health app at any time.
  • In-app data deletion: The App includes a “Clear All Data” option that deletes locally stored app data. You can also delete the App to remove local data.

5) Children’s privacy

The App is intended for users aged 9 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 9.

6) Legal bases & regional notes

  • CCPA/CPRA (California): We do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law.

7) Security

Data is stored on your device and benefits from your device’s built-in security (e.g., passcode, Face ID/Touch ID). Keep your device and iOS updated.

8) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the App evolves. We will update the “Effective date” above. Material changes will be highlighted in the App or on this page.
